Make those early days a little easier with the ergoPouch Cocoon Swaddle Bag. A simple, zip-up swaddle designed to keep newborns snug and comfortable without complicated wrapping.
Made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, bamboo and elastane, the soft, stretchy fabric gently hugs baby while allowing comfortable movement. The 2.5 TOG rating is ideal for rooms between 17–21°C, with a lighter 1.0 TOG chest area to help prevent overheating.
As baby grows, the handy shoulder poppers allow the Cocoon to transition from arms-in swaddling to arms-out sleeping when they begin showing signs of rolling.
FREE room thermometer included with every Cocoon Swaddle Bag, along with a handy What to Wear guide to help you choose the right layers.

How to Use
Place baby into the Cocoon on a flat, low surface with the zip open and arms secured inside. Baby's hands can be positioned by their sides or across their chest.
The two-way zip allows easy nappy changes with minimal disruption.
When baby begins showing signs of rolling, transition to arms-out sleeping by opening the shoulder poppers. We recommend releasing one arm at a time over several days.
If your newborn doesn't like being swaddled, the Cocoon can be used with their arms out from the beginning.
Use the included What to Wear guide and room thermometer to choose suitable layers underneath.
Safety
Choose the correct size based on your baby's weight to ensure a safe fit and prevent the swaddle from riding up around their face.
Stop swaddling with arms in as soon as your baby shows signs of rolling and transition to arms-out sleeping.
Not suitable for use with a 5-point harness. Always follow safe-sleep guidance and ensure your baby sleeps in a safe sleep environment.
