Delivery 

Please see below our delivery costs. All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail and The Post Office.

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50 (Standard 2nd Class)

Standard Shipping for all orders under £50 - £5.99

Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. As we are a small independent business, please note that we do not process orders on Bank Holidays or weekends. During busy periods, please also bear in mind that delivery times may vary and can take up to 14 days. You can find out more about up to date delivery times by visiting www.royalmail.com

We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following; the product is no longer available, a problem with your payment, for example a credit card declined or a price or description error. You will be notified by email giving full details, if this was to happen.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 5 - 7 working days for the funds (minus delivery) to be available in the account of your original payment method.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as toothbrushes, toothbrush stands and holders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective or if you require a different size of clothing. We will let you know if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not, we will issue a refund. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in an exchange, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so up to 12 hours after your order is placed. To cancel an order please get in touch at info@badgerandburrow.co.uk with your order number and we will issue a full refund. Once your refund is actioned by us, please allow 5 - 7 working days for the funds to be available in the account of your original payment method.

Recycle Scheme

If you wish to take part in our recycle scheme please get in touch at info@badgerandburrow.co.uk with your order number to be issued a free returns label.
