Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@badgerandburrow.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as toothbrushes, toothbrush stands and holders). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are damaged or defective or if you require a different size of clothing. We will let you know if the item you wish to exchange for is available, in the case that it is not, we will issue a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This will be minus the delivery amount if the item/s are under £50. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Recycle Scheme

If you wish to take part in our recycle scheme please get in touch at info@badgerandburrow.co.uk with your order number to begin the process.

Our recycle scheme is valid on a number of items. Any eligible item will state clearly in the product description if it is part of the recycle scheme. Purchases must be older than 6 months to be eligible to recycle. Items must be in a good, clean, useable condition. Any returned items with large defects will not be eligible for recycling or the £5 money off voucher.

If your item is accepted as a recyclable item you will be issued with a free returns label and a £5 money off voucher valid on new orders over £20.00.

Returned and eligible items will be donated to childcare providers and children's groups throughout the UK.
